Managed customer service team of 2 to respond to incoming calls, messages and emails from customers. As a consumer service these are usually from 50 customers a day and as a logistics provider many times it requires solving complex logistic and international import issues.

Capital allocation and managing of finances/accounting. Frugal but efficient as we managed to become break even within 1.5 years of operations.
Interviewed dozens of candidates, hired 10 employees and fired a couple when it was required.

Actively tried to look for fundraising and met with many investors. Ultimately, the deal breaker for most was that our market size was too small.
